We work with major Construction Managers to train their subcontractors in business best practices and how to work successfully with the GC. We make it easier for Primes to find organized and well-run subcontractors. We do this in the role of part-time Controller/CFO for the subs. In this capacity we upgrade subcontractor bookkeeping, their compliance with documentation, their financing and bonding capabilities. We work with partners to address insurance, payroll, safety, project management and bookkeeping challenges so “certified” subs can become qualified to partner with you on government-funded projects.
